Asian Short Ribs

I love my slow cooker and there is nothing better on a cold day than curling up and watching movies whilst your slow cooker produces an amazing dinner and this was one of my best!

Ingredients;

2 big short ribs
Can of tomatoes
Can of water
Two star anise
Three cloves
Tsp of five spice
Three whole all spice
1/4 White pepper
2 Cups of Beef stock
Pinch of Chilli flakes
Handful Porcini mushrooms

Method:
Couldn’t be easier – put it all in the slow cooker and leave for 4 hours, pull out the aromatics and serve with creamy mash…….. so good!
