Breakie Eggs in Ham Cups

Ingredients (Makes 3);
3 Slices of ham
3 Eggs
1 Avocado
Handful of low fat mozzarella
Pinch of paprika

Method;
Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees.

Put the slices of ham into the bottom of a non stick muffin tin.
Crack the eggs into the ‘ham cup’ – it’s easier to crack into a measuring jug and then pour in individually.

Sprinkle cheese on top and put in the oven for 15-20 mins.

Plate with half an avocado and a sprinkle of paprika.
