WOW, if you are heading down the East coast of Tassie you have to stop at Freycinet Marine Farm, the home of freshly shucked oysters!!
During the colder months there is the honesty policy, help yourself to amazing seafood and leave the cash! We left a fair bit of cash this day!!
I know in the summer the guys are there cooking up oysters kilpatrick and gorgeous crays but today we just have to live with as many freshly shucked oysters as we can manage!!!
WOW, you cannot believe how fresh these are, so incredibly amazing!!! We had a ‘non believer’ with us and by the end of it – she was smiling and shooting those oysters with no problem!!!
Simply wonderful – you just have to do this!!
