With a passion for the perfect burger, and a belief in supporting quality Victorian producers and suppliers, we bring you Jus Burgers Melbourne! Located at 364 Chapel Street, South Yarra and trading 7 days a week from 11.30am till late. We love our space, exposed brick walls, concrete floor, high ceilings and some amazing street art by WA artist Dave Garland.
With strong relationships with quality Victorian suppliers – Rob Delica, Otway free range pork, Cherry Tree Organic in South Gippsland, Baran Kahraman’s Turkish buns, full blood Wagyu from the Victorian High Country, Fresh juice from Market Juice, Jonesy’s milk in Kerang, Phoenix Organic sodas to name but a few!
Sounds amazing before you even try the burgers! The Menu is pretty big, covering all tastes from classic Cheeseburger, Fish burger, Roo Burger, Veggie Burgers and more! Serious burger work!!

But lets get down to it – Cheeseburger, there are several elements to a good burger, let me take you there….
BUN – needs to hold its own and deliver the content without going sloppy and falling apart! This is excellent, nice charring and holding well!
BURGER – meaty, rosey, charred, juicy – perfection
SAUCE – I like my sauce! Relish and mayo – you read my mind!
SALAD – not a necessity but this was good, fresh, right amount
