After a visit to the foodie emporium Simon Johnson I came home with an inspirational little pot of red curry paste and there is even a recipe on the label!
Little roast duck, fresh coriander and chilli and a big slug of coconut milk and then the paste does all the rest of the work! AMAZING!!
