Ingredients;
1 can cannellini beans
Quarter of garlic
Squeeze of lemon
Salt & Pepper

Method;
Easy – put all in blender and blitz until not too smooth!

Serve with crusty fresh baguette and a tin of very lovely anchovies – YUM!
