Slow cooker tastic! I love sausages in the slow cooker, they go crazy succulent and all the flavours accelerate to a foodie heaven!! This recipe is a really simple one to rustle up and great for a cold!!
Sausages of your choice – I used Italian with herbs and garlic
10 cherry tomatoes
500ml of stock
One onion chopped up
Fresh coriander roughly shredded
2 dried chillies
Brown the sausages and onion in a pan and then transfer to the slow cooker with all of the other ingredients and leave bubbling on high for 4 hours. Serve with fresh bread and some tissues as those chillies will definitely make your nose run!!
